We are always pleased to welcome any new parishioners into our parish family. We strongly encourage you to register. To do so you may complete the brief pre-registration form below or call the parish office during regular business hours to request a registration form be sent to you. Once we receive your registration form, someone we will be in touch with you to orient you to the parish.  (Parishioners moving out of the parish should also notify the parish office.) 

Registered parishioners seeking to be sponsors for baptisms or confirmations must meet first with the pastor for the necessary certificate.  They must be living the Catholic faith and observe its sacramental practice.  Every sponsor for a child is meant to be a mentor and an example of how the faith is lived.  There are also canonical requirements for sponsorship. The pastor will do everything possible to help applicants meet such requirements.
